Lost or Stolen Packages

Unexpected Wildflower is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist when possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
